Hiab, the business area providing load handling solutions within Cargotec has signed an agreement to acquire 70 percent of the operations of an Australian company O'Leary's Material Handling Services.
O'Leary's Material Handling Services, located in Perth, is the leading company in Western Australia that supplies, installs and provides service for tail lifts. The company employs 24 persons and the sales in 2007 were approximately EUR 2.6 million.
